CLE

The State Bar of Texas Adds CPS to CLE Category List

CPS Law is now its own category on the State Bar of Texas' list of CLE search categories, which means users can select "CPS" on the Bar's CLE search page to view a list of all courses offered that pertain to legal representation in CPS cases.

Free CLE Courses on Representing Parties in CPS Cases Offered Online

The Children's Commission and the State Bar of Texas offer several free online CLE courses (listed below) on representing parties in CPS cases on the State Bar of Texas' website. To find the courses, from the State Bar's main page click on "Search CLE & Books", then click on CPS.

Although the courses list registration fees, you can take them for free by selecting an option when you register for the class that deducts the registration fee at checkout. To register for the course you must be a registered user of the State Bar’s website. You can become a registered user for free by creating an account (logon ID and password) – you do not have to be a member of the bar.

At the checkout, select one of the deduction options that applies to you.
