In September 2021, the Office of Court Administration and the Children’s Commission executed a contract to support the hiring of a Senior Data Analyst to conduct research and analysis about the benefits and drawbacks of virtual and hybrid hearings. The Senior Data Analyst position was filled in October 2021 and added to the CPCMS Advisory Board and the Children’s Commission Data Committee. The Data Analyst has completed work on a virtual hearings study and a draft of the final report is currently being reviewed by Children’s Commission and OCA staff.
