Hon. James Mosely

Judge Mosley is the judge of the 316th District Court in Hutchinson County, Texas. He is a general jurisdiction judge who primarily presides over criminal and family law cases and also presides over CPS, attorney general and juvenile cases. Prior to taking the bench in 2015 he was a general practice attorney for nearly 20 years. He is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law. He graduated from the University of Denver School of Law in 1996 after having been honorably discharged as a Captain in the United States Air Force. He is a prior chair of the General Practice Solo and Small Firm Section of the State Bar of Texas. He lives in Borger with his wife and 5 children.
