Sheila Sturgis Craig is a passionate, creative innovator, advocate, and leader dedicated to promoting excellence. With a strong foundation in integrity, she has consistently taken on challenges and championed those in need throughout her career.

As the founder of Sheila Craig Strategic Consulting LLC, Sheila specializes in developing leaders from aspiring to the executive level, building extraordinary teams and networks, and implementing actionable policies. Her global consulting services equip organizations, leaders, and individuals with tools to achieve immeasurable success and principles that catalyze humane practice to achieve remarkable outcomes.

Sheila’s extensive career includes key leadership roles in state government and strategic consulting in Louisiana and Texas. She has held leadership positions in child welfare with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.

Additionally, Sheila serves as commissioner on the Supreme Court of Texas Permanent Judicial Commission for Children, Youth, and Families, Children’s Commission. Sheila also serves as a mentor with Seedling Mentors, supporting and encouraging children of incarcerated parents.

Sheila, an extraordinary speaker, facilitator, trainer, strategist, and coach, has shared her expertise across the United States and Canada.

Sheila holds a Master of Arts in Counseling.
